About the Role
Join the House of Commons as a Project Manager and help deliver projects that shape and protect the iconic Parliamentary Estate. Managing schemes ranging from £50,000 to £2 million, you will lead projects from initial concept through to handover, ensuring compliance with Parliamentary design standards and delivering outcomes that meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.
You will steer projects through the RIBA stages, developing business cases, managing design and procurement, coordinating specialist consultants, and reviewing technical work. On site, you will oversee contractors to ensure progress, cost, and quality remain on track, always meeting safety, security, and heritage requirements.
With established frameworks to support delivery and scope to innovate and improve ways of working, you will have the opportunity to influence how Parliament delivers its projects and occasionally deputise for senior leaders.
