About the role Day to day and skills Relationships We build great relationships by providing honest and genuine good service for our clients. You will know them and engage on a level that feels comfortable for both sides of the partnership so new clients are won over and existing clients trust our expertise. Vision Spotting opportunities to build closer bonds, do better work and further our mission to green the internet by identifying needs and speaking to the right specialists in our team to make them a reality. Communication We are a fast paced team and so the ability to manage multiple conversations and calmly keep communications strong is really important. New Business Either seeing a need yourself or being passed something by one of our Project Managers, you will be comfortable to pick up the conversation and gather the clients needs, helping them shape a brief and then executing our plan to answer it. Financial There will be financial tracking and invoicing to look after. Innovation Ideas are always welcome. You will get to know our clients’ business and their sector to a point where you can identify parallels and bring some new thinking on how we can meet their needs. Who you will work with Clients Our clients sit firmly within the purpose driven space and we have a robust ethical screening process to ensure we are aligned. Team Sitting as a core part of the client success team and reporting directly into the Client Success Director, you will be working across the wider Wholegrain team and expected to forge strong working relationships through considered and clear communication as well as fostering strong internal rituals.
