Role Profile - Accountant.docx We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic CCAB qualified accountant for L&Q’s Care and Support business. The division has annual revenues of £70m and manages a portfolio of 6,000 supported housing properties. Reporting to a Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for provision of a full management accounting service for the department including detailed accounts production with commentary, budgeting and forecasting, business planning and year end audit. A critical part of your role will be to act as a primary Business Partner, collaborating and building relationships with senior staff including directors. You will be expected to become a specialist in your area, assisting the department head and other stakeholders including the Board in making strategic decisions for the business.
