About the Role
The Administrator and PA to the Chief Executive is responsible for the smooth running of the administrative functions of the Shaftesbury Theatre. Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and the Producers of the current show, this role provides essential administrative and diary support to the Chief Executive. The successful candidate will develop an understanding of the Theatre's priority areas and support communication with both the internal team and the producers. Collaboration with the Operations & HR Coordinator and Events and Marketing Officer is key, providing cover and support during absences and busy periods.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
About you
You are organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A collaborative spirit and a keen interest in the performing arts are advantageous.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in administration or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
