What you'll be doing
Managing contract documentation and compliance requirements.
Processing financial transactions including purchase orders, invoices, and payroll administration.
Creating and distributing key performance reports and operational analytics.
Coordinating and delivering community-focused social value initiatives.
Maintaining accurate contract records, amendments, and service agreements.
Overseeing daily office operations and administrative functions.
Ensuring all regulatory compliance documentation is current and properly filed.
Coordinating essential safety compliance including site daily checks, PAT testing and Legionella monitoring schedules for all depots.
Providing professional secretarial support for various meetings including disciplinary proceedings.
Supporting management teams with administrative requirements across all service areas.
Experience
Strong leadership skills with excellent communication / interpersonal skills
IT literate
GCSE (Five A-C to include Maths and English)
Organised and methodical with a commitment and drive to improve standards
Experience in project management, customer service, supervisor and/or financial environments.
About you
Commercial awareness - knowledge of Waste Industry
Understanding of end-to-end customer processes
Influencing and negotiation skills
NVQ and / or Further Education/Degree is an advantage.
