Description
We are looking for a front-facing Admissions and customer services adviser for Lewisham College. This post will be working with prospective customers, current students and other stakeholders. The role requires a person who will undertake a range of customer service, administrative duties including: Meeting and greeting customers, Record keeping, Supporting and attending internal and external marketing events /Open days / Interview days, enrolment, Initial Information Advice and Guidance, and adhoc requirements such as keeping students’ records updated and helping with duties relating to admissions, working once a week on evening duty. Provide advice and guidance on course options to applicants and potential applicants verbally and in writing. Deal with all internal and external queries concerning the progress and status of an application. Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students, independently and in a timely and professional manner. Provide overall clerical support to the whole admissions department. You will have: A first-class customer service or administration background, Level 3 in either Customer Service or Administration qualification and other minimum Level 3 qualification in Maths and English, The ability to work with a professional team Excellent written, oral communication skills and good IT skills.
