£52,584 - £55,620 plus Market Supplement £3,000 per year (12 monthly payments - reviewed annually)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Royal Borough of Greenwich Specialist Community Occupational Therapy and Sensory Services. We are looking for an experienced, autonomous and highly motivated practitioner who can influence practice and is seeking a new challenge in the workplace. We require a keen, creative individual who thrives on developing services, supporting staff, and driving innovation and change. You will utilize advanced Occupational Therapy skills to work with individuals with a range of complex conditions and serve as a resource to advise, train, and teach specialist skills to colleagues within the wider therapy services across the Health and Care system. Experience in developing therapy pathways for individuals in the community setting is essential, along with managing a team on a day-to-day basis, including skills in deputizing for senior managers and leading on an area of expertise. Additionally, experience in service development and initiatives/new ways of working is required.

You are an experienced practitioner who is autonomous, motivated, and creative, with a passion for developing services and supporting staff.
Qualifications
The post holder must hold a diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). A full enhanced DBS is required.
