About the Role
This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for skilled agile delivery managers with experience in delivering software in an agile environment. You'll enable a multi-disciplinary team through different phases, using fresh ideas and leading-edge technology to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK. Our Agile Delivery Managers create psychologically safe spaces for high-performing digital teams to innovate and deliver effective solutions for over 20 million users. You'll ensure our experts have what they need to deliver the best services, identify blockers, and find effective solutions. Our focus is on individuals and interactions, values and behaviours, putting the user at the centre of everything we do. Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members, offering unlimited opportunities for learning and collaboration.

Experience
Demonstrated experience in delivering software at pace in an agile environment.

About you
A good understanding of agile principles and practices. Ability to promote a healthy team culture, manage team dynamics, and foster a continuous improvement environment. Skill in translating technical terms and facilitating relationships with business stakeholders. Strong communication skills in a straightforward, honest, and engaging manner.
