The Vacancy TBG Flex are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join the Housing Management Service. You will be responsible for managing medium and high level anti-social behaviour complaints across our managed and owned stock, and will tackle all forms of hate crime, neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour. We are looking for someone that can provide a responsive and proactive service to our residents and support our vision for Healthy Neighbourhoods. Whilst working within the Housing Management service, you will be required to network and work across teams as well as develop relationships with our external partners. The ability to resolve complex ASB cases whilst supporting victims is key to the service we provide. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve, work flexibly be innovative and self-motivated. As part of our package there is a competitive salary and regular training. You will also receive a Flexible benefit allowance of 5% of your base salary. What you'll need to succeed? -An understanding of Anti-Social Behaviour, non-legal remedies, and legal remedies -The ability to work closely with local authorities, police, and other agencies to pursue appropriate legal action; -An understanding of preparing cases and witness statements for county court hearings; -Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and a sound knowledge of civil -and criminal legislation; -A commitment to delivering excellent customer service; -The ability to manage your own caseload independently; -A hard-working solution-based approach to dealing with tasks.
