About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Contracts Manager to oversee a team of Grounds Maintenance operatives in the Bedford area. This role involves ensuring service excellence, fostering client relationships, and upholding health and safety standards. A full UK driving licence is required, and a company vehicle will be provided. Key Responsibilities 🔵Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to deliver the service level agreement and associated service specifications. 🔵Conduct regular review of sites to ensure teams are delivering the service specifications 🔵Support Continual Professional Development (CPD) of colleagues. 🔵Develop, build and strengthen client and resident relationships 🔵Ensure service teams are compliant with Health and Safety and Quality business practices 🔵Support clients in the development of Apprenticeship, work placement, resident employment & training schemes. 🔵 In the absence of the Contracts Manager you will be expected to deliver all aspects of the contracts manager job description Salary: £12.21 per hour Hours: Full-Time
