Business Partnering Roles We have a vital role within Business Partnering which we are recruiting to: Assistant Director of Finance (Homes & Neighbourhoods). There will be many opportunities to increase your profile in this role, as we endeavour to continuously improve our Business Partnering function and update our HRA Business Plan. Assistant Director Finance (Homes & Neighbourhoods and Public Health) - Be a HRA expert with detailed knowledge and experience of supporting the HRA at a similar sized authority. - Responsible for advising on and supporting HRA business planning, projects and development. - Extensive experience of being a senior business partner and have the technical capabilities to develop robust long-term financial forecasts and sustainable budget plans. - Responsible for leading, inspiring and motivating your team and generate a positive working environment. - Demonstrable success in delivering service improvements through driving organisational change and robust performance management.
