About this role… We are looking for Assistant Support Worker to join the Martha Jones House team. Thames Reach welcomes applications from people with transferable skills. You will: - Have a small caseload of clients who you keywork and deliver personalised support to. - Support other clients during duty shifts with tasks which will support them to move forward and gain independence. - Ensure the Health and Safety standards within the building are adhered to. - Respond to queries in person, via email and via telephone. - Provide an excellent service in a timely manner. - Report repairs and monitor work carried out as assigned by the manager.
