Description
Canon Europe is looking for an experienced CRM B2B Marketing Automation Specialist to join the CRM team at our HQ, in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
You will be responsible for the set-up, development, and delivery of all B2B marketing automation activity and technical requirements, including campaign tools for the Imaging Technologies & Communications Group (ITCG).
The B2B Marketing Automation Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for B2B customer data governance, lead management and marketing campaigns to drive business leads at scale.
Experience and skills required
Define B2B Marketing Automation requirements, scope the delivery plans and manage the implementation with business stakeholders or IT teams.
Manage and create all things relating to the lead capture process across multiple touchpoints: events, website, social media and sales teams. Develop the guidelines and promote to central and local teams.
Identify the best process for B2B campaign management for email, webinars, gated content and lead scoring. Includes set up, defining the process, and educating stakeholders on use.
Manage B2B marketing automation campaigns: build, send and optimisation with the aim of driving more marketing qualified sales leads to sales team in the NSOs (National Sales Office).
Brief effective B2B lead management and campaign reporting for all business stakeholders – Canon Europe HQ and NSOs. Showcase campaign through to sales performance.
Play an active role in the development of the ITCG B2B marketing vision – how we shape this and drive leads at scale for the NSO’s.
You will need
Subject knowledge and experience, Salesforce salescloud, marketing cloud and Tealium experience is a bonus

Salary: up to £52,000 dependent on experience plus a 10% annual bonus.

What we ask
Previous solid CRM Marketing Automation experience gained in a enterprise level organisation; Salesforce salescloud experience preferred
Considerable knowledge of Sales Enablement, Lead Management and Demand Generation process.
You can use your expert and insightful analytical skills to identify actions and next steps
Team player and must be able to organise and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Our offices are based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
