About the Role
We are currently seeking a Band 5 Nurse to join our dynamic and committed staff team at Orchard Hill College. You will work within the Nursing Team in conjunction with lecturing staff, promoting good health and wellbeing in all students by contributing to the development and implementation of the Colleges, Academies, and Associates health care practice. Your role will be to provide a high quality service to ensure that all individuals ‘can learn and achieve.’ This position involves working closely with students with disabilities, with a particular focus on learning disabilities, including epilepsy and other neurological disorders such as intellectual disability and autism.

Experience
Experience working with people with disabilities is essential, particularly with learning disabilities and neurological disorders including epilepsy, intellectual disability, and autism.

You are compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of students. You have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with NMC registration at Band 5 level or equivalent qualification.
