Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Bradbury Court, we are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers. Please note this role does not qualify for sponsorship due to the hours available not meeting the guidelines set by the Home Office. As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be the opportunity to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in. Bradbury Court provides person-centred, responsive residential care for 21 adults with physical disabilities, in a spacious and modern environment.
Experience
No specific experience required, but a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities is essential.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, relevant experience in care or support work is advantageous.
