About the Role
We are recruiting Bank Enabling Support Workers to join our team at Shaftesbury Bradbury Court. In this role, you will provide support and encouragement by following the person-centred support plans and taking direction from the individuals you support. You will maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may be required to administer personal care and medication. Bradbury Court is a spacious, modern residential care home in north London providing responsive care for 21 adults with physical disabilities and a wide range of needs. Experience
Passion, talent, skills, and experience in caring roles are valued. Previous experience in disability or adult care is beneficial but not mandatory.
