About the Role
At Shaftesbury Bradbury Court, we are recruiting Bank Enabling Support Workers who are passionate, skilled, and community-minded. You will provide support and encouragement by following person-centred support plans and directions from the people you support. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in line with service requirements and potentially administering personal care and medication. Bradbury Court is a spacious, modern residential care home in north London, supporting 21 adults with physical disabilities and a wide range of needs. Our environment is accessible and welcoming, offering quality care in a person-centred and responsive setting.

Experience
Passion for care and community-minded approach. Experience in disability or adult care is beneficial but not essential.

Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support people to live well. Ability to follow person-centred plans and maintain accurate records. Willingness to undertake training and work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Enhanced DBS/Access NI check required prior to employment.
