About the Role
Battersea Arts Centre is seeking a bold and entrepreneurial Bar & Cafe Manager to lead and develop our commercial hospitality offer. You will oversee Tom’s Café, our lively performance bars, large-scale high-end event bar operations, and our expanding hires catering venture. This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who thrives on turning ideas into profitable ventures while balancing creativity with sharp commercial acumen. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally within bar, café, or event environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hospitality operations and deliver commercial growth.
