What you'll be doing Managing a team of Baristas Oversee the day-to-day services from a front of house perspective Leading your team to success Making and serving food and hot drinks Ensuring quick service to customers Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment Running shifts and training team members Organise monthly stock count and restocking and maintaining of the work areas Help in the recruitment and retention of team members Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark Champion excellent customer service Experience 2 years barista experience essential Latte art desirable Previous supervisory experience at a supervisor or team leader level An excellent team player with the ability to work efficiently and independently if required General food safety knowledge
