Requirements The role responsibilities Present a knowledgeable, passionate, and energetic approach when discussing specialty coffee with customers. Provide tailored recommendations based on individual customer preferences. Prioritise and deliver exceptional levels of customer service consistently. Demonstrate proficiency in operating and maintaining coffee machinery, including expertise in dialling in with La Marzocco espresso machines. Contribute to crafting unique recipes for single origin coffees, encompassing espresso, pour over, and batch filter methods. Cultivate and showcase exceptional latte art skills. Exhibit a profound understanding of filter coffee and diverse brew techniques, ensuring meticulous quality control. Uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout service, encompassing machine care, workstations, and public areas. Manage stock supplies efficiently and communicate re-ordering needs as necessary. Execute opening and closing responsibilities for the café. Act as a brand ambassador for Origin, reflecting our industry leadership and setting a standard for our valued customers. Nature of contract and working pattern Full and part-time.
