We are looking for a Bat Groups Officer to join us on a part-time, permanent basis. This role involves regular travel across England and occasional travel to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. As a Bat Groups Officer, you will support bat groups across these regions, facilitating formal relationships with BCT and promoting effective communication across the sector. Additionally, you will manage programmes of work, organise and attend events, oversee budgets and reporting, and line manage the Wales Bat Groups Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate conservation professional to support and connect with a national network of volunteers dedicated to protecting bats and their habitats. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a part-time, hybrid role that fits around your lifestyle, with regular opportunities to travel, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to grassroots conservation efforts.
