Currently, we are seeking a Bid Writer to join our dynamic Marketing & New Business team. The Role To create both written and visual for the purposes of securing workloads. Manage all elements of bid and proposal writing to a winning standard. Main Duties Successfully work on multiple selection questionnaires and tender submissions through the various stages of the procurement process Read and review all associated client documentation with the bid Research and write information to support bids Assist with the development and maintenance of library of responses Review bid submissions for quality and accuracy Essential Qualification & Skills Degree educated in English or another writing-based subject Bid writing and tender experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High levels of attention to detail Desirable Skills Experience working with a main contractor Experience of Social Housing and Local Authority clients Additional Information Salary range: £40,000 per annum. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 5:00, with a one-hour break for lunch. Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to bank holidays. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
