Are you passionate about sustainability and skilled in delivering training? Here at BRE we are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our Academy as a BREEAM Trainer!
You will play a vital part in developing engaging BREEAM training courses and delivering them to our valued customers, both in virtual settings and in-person classrooms whether it’s through public course dates or in-house delivery at our customers' premises.
For this role, we are pleased to consider both full-time and part-time applicants.

Your role at BRE
Deliver high-quality training products in a timely manner and review content to ensure that the training is up to date and relevant.
Collaborate across the Academy and other areas of the business, to showcase the knowledge of BRE within our training products and support the wider BREEAM teams where required.
Agility to be able to contribute to and deliver, new training courses as scheduled for launch in line with the Academy Product Roadmap.
An ability to communicate to our customers a clear understanding of what BREEAM is and what is expected of them in their role, whether that is awareness, and/or technical, knowledge in order to support clients and end users of the scheme to gain maximum credits for the assets.
Ensure training is delivered in a way that will promote positive change and problem solving.
Ability for BRE Academy to engage with new and existing customers, stakeholders, and users, to determine learning needs and best training solutions in the delivery of BREEAM training.
Share information, and insights to support the development of course content.
An opportunity to increase course dates, support material development and review, creation of CPD and contribute to the wider BREEAM business feedback to enable commercial activities to be delivered.
Your profile
Essential:
A thorough understanding of and the practical application of BREEAM
Strong knowledge of how to use a BREEAM technical manual, Process Notes and BREEAM Knowledge Base
A strong demonstrated background within sustainability of the Built Environment
Experience of successfully delivering training
Experience of working within the wider education sector
Knowledge of the UK, Europe and International markets.
Desirable:
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the BREEAM International New Construction, International in Use, UK in Use, Communities and BREEAM Infrastructure schemes.
