BAC is looking for a personable, organised and proactive new Building Hires Coordinator to join our team. The Building Hires Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of hires across multiple rooms at Battersea Arts Centre. Building Hires are many and varied, including long-term rehearsals (ranging from major West End companies to small-scale independent makers) corporate away days, local charity Board meetings, 60th birthday parties and creative workshops. The Building Hires Coordinator ensures the smooth running of each hire, liaising with clients and different teams at BAC, while also supporting the sales process for new enquiries.
