Description
Your typical day could start with answering questions from our customers to support and advise them in resolving their queries and issues. Then you might be updating and maintaining systems/ records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI’s are met, before providing support to members of the Building Safety Team to maintain safe buildings. As a Building Safety Administrator you’ll play an integral part in supporting the Building Safety Team and Managers ensuring that Peabody buildings are safe for residents and visitors. With a focus on developing new working practices in response to new Building Safety Legislation as it emerges. You’ll actively support the team that works mainly on site so a fair degree of autonomy and self-discipline is a must. You’re a reactive and adaptable person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You’ll need to be in the office for 1 -2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely at home or on site. Your role covers being the point of contact and responding to queries that come into the Building Safety teams inbox within the agreed SLA, including direct communication with our residents. Ensuring that key documents are sent to residents and registering high rise buildings with the Building Safety Regulator. To be successful in this role, you’re: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets. Experienced in housing management Happy to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement. Great at time management and prioritisation skills. Confident in delivering excellent customer care and valuing diversity. Detail orientated and are able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
