Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 3 shift pattern: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 10am – 7pm. One Saturday in 4 from 7am – 4pm with a day in lieu off during that week.

As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering excellence in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services at our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in the heart of London. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and performing maintenance activity of Mechanical Building Services equipment such as heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units, and BMS systems. You will monitor site performance of sub-contractors and use IT systems (Handheld device) while working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service. Ensuring all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations is paramount to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience
Minimum NVQ2 in plumbing or a mechanical related discipline. Experience in Mechanical building services and plant engineering with a good working knowledge of Plumbing. Experience of PPM, Reactive and Installation Work. Good written and verbal communication skills.
