As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include undertaking detailed analysis, running problem-solving sessions, and contributing your skills to a range of projects while supporting the delivery of the innovation and improvement process. You will also be able to run projects independently and contribute to the overall delivery of the transformation plan to achieve ambitious objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to translate the needs of the business, enabling the delivery of successful business change while working on multiple projects as part of a team within a complex transformation programme.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in project management, stakeholder management, and business analysis.

About you
You will bring skills in leading small to medium-sized projects, building and maintaining relationships, and facilitating workshops tailored to different stakeholders. You should be adept at handling challenging discussions, resolving conflicts, and guiding groups toward consensus. A strong understanding of business changes and interactions between processes, systems, and roles is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in business analysis or related fields are desirable but not essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are crucial.
