Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join our growing team on a 12 month FTC.
This Transition and Implementation and Early Life Support role will be responsible for defining and managing all elements of readiness, transition, cutover and early life support into Production within the account. What you'll be doing :
• Development and agreement of readiness, transition, implementation and early life support strategies and associated plans
• Development and management of all transition, readiness and cutover checklists
• Development and communication of all relevant briefings to key stakeholders
• Establishment of cutover resource plans and securing of key individuals from programme, suppliers and Capita Partners
• Establishment of Early Life Support and Enhanced Assurance resource plans and securing of key individuals from programme, suppliers and Capita Partners
• Management of all service transition activities including Operational Acceptance processes
• Management of all cutover activities including Dry Runs and Go Live Events
What we're looking for :
• Sitting within the Business Change community a keen interest and familiarity with Business Chance concepts and methodologies is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Business Change Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of business change management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Experience of working in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Proactive, results-driven and able to work to tight deadlines
