We are looking for an experienced Business Information professional to oversee the creation and delivery of business information products for Capita Fire and Rescue. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of new and valuable products, meeting contractual reporting needs and improving our understanding of operational service delivery. This opportunity offers exciting challenges and growth potential within a large-scale UK Defence and Military service program What you will be doing: • Maintaining existing reports • Building reports based on specific business requests • Creating monthly Project Management Report(s) • Translating complex data into visually appealing insights and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders • Continuously improving existing reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy What we are looking for: • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerBI with ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong inter-personal and communication skills. • Knowledge of DAX, SQL and other languages/applications necessary to extract, transform and load data into an insight layer to create dashboards and reports • Ability to translate data into informative presentations • Be able to overcome challenges • Must be able to obtain UK SC clearance About Capita Fire & Rescue (CFR): Here at Capita, we're changing the future of firefighting and creating a world class Fire and Rescue Service with the UK Ministry of Defence.
