You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and you will be able to developed clinical skills, act as a role model as well as manage complex patient care. You will support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and, of course, patients. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, your specialist training should include a minimum of ILS. You will have experience of managing complex cardiac procedures and an awareness of interventional cardiac procedures would be a plus. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Cardiac theatre setting is essential. You'll be accountable for motivating and educating your peers within the multidisciplinary team.
