On offer is a salary of £30,140.75 per annum and benefits package. Shift times: Mainly Monday – Friday with occasional weekend and/or evening work with typical shift patterns being either 07:30 – 16:30 or 09:30 – 18:30, or any times in between, rostered for 9 hours per day less a 1 hour unpaid break. What will you deliver? To ensure the smooth, effective & cost efficient running of the entire catering operation (Cafes, Cart, Restaurant, Hospitality), and any other associated areas, with your fellow supervisors, as one team, with a consistent one team approach. To lead by example, complying with, and enforcing, all Equans & King’s Food policies & procedures. To ensure all displays/counters are appropriately stocked within all catering areas, adequately staffed to meet the demands of the business, along with the management, supervision and allocating/delegating of tasks to the team, consistently, throughout the day What can we offer you? Must have catering experience Previous experience managing a team Knowledge of Health & Safety, IOSH certification is desirable Basic Food Hygiene trained (Level 2) with knowledge/understanding of HACCP.
