The Role To organise and supervise all aspects of the daily shift and ensure all service points and team are looking their best and ready for business as required Receive, process, prepare and deliver food and drink deliveries and experiences Ensure the team members know their responsibilities for the shift, and support the team to achieve them Deliver an experience, more so than just a service. Be an entertainer! Know the offer inside out, and be able to make informed recommendations to our clients Pre-empt the needs of our customers and create meaningful and memorable service moments Maintain a high profile front of house and be aware of what’s happening during service, and effectively resolve any challenges ensuring colleague and customer satisfaction at all times To prepare and deliver daily service briefings that are informative, motivational and inspiring Provide and support a clear line of communication between all team members, both FOH and BOH Keep our colleagues and the Barclays colleagues, visitors’ and clients safe with our safety-first mentality while they are in our care, using the safety tools available to you 5 years’ experience in a range of premium high-end corporate hospitality, private members clubs, and events destinations About You Minimum 2 years experience in a high-end food service supervisory role Exceptional customer service skills Must be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed the expectations of our client High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Good time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Strong team player with the ability to work independently Motivated, committed and flexible About You We are very dynamic & high performing team, proud of what we do.
