About The Role CCTV Licensed Security Officer London £13.88 per hour 4 on 4 off, days and nights Duties as a CCTV Licensed Security Officer Act as the first point of contact with external agencies in response to incidents (Police, LFB, Local Authorities etc.) CCTV Operation Post Room duties Fire Room Control Loading Bay duties Front of house – Meet and Greet Meeting and greeting Ensure Health & Safety of staff and visitors Respond effectively to all alarm activations Any additional reasonable duties requested by operational management Identify suspicious persons, actions and report such circumstances Requirements as a CCTV Licensed Security Officer SIA Licence CCTV and either Door Supervision/Security Guarding Licence Deliver excellent customer service Basic IT skills Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary Maintain a high standard of personal presentation High standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability Work as part of a team Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitor’s needs Benefits as a CCTV Licensed Security Officer Full uniform supplied Paid holidays Pension plan On-going training Progression opportunities WRKIT Employee Benefits Platform which give you access to savings at big retailers via Discounts/Cash back and Shopping Cards About Us Bidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
