About the Role: In your role as Information Manager, collaborating closely with the Head of Integrated Management Systems, you will take charge of managing Tilbury Douglas's Corporate Common Data Environment (CDE). This pivotal role involves overseeing the administration and control of operational information throughout the company. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless operation of Tilbury Douglas's CDE while driving continuous improvement initiatives. As the role requires the successful candidate to travel to both London and Birmingham several times per month, we are happy to receive applications from candidates who are situated in the following locations; London & South East, South West, Midlands, Yorkshire & North East, North West and Wales. What you will be doing * Strategic Administration: Manage the Asite Enterprise CDE, providing unwavering support to Super Users in configuring and setting up project CDEs. This includes overseeing invitations, access arrangements, and troubleshooting any administrative or QA-related challenges with the platform. * Product Lead: Serve as the principal point of contact between Asite and Tilbury Douglas. * Technical and Functional Support: Offer comprehensive technical and functional support to Asite platform users, ensuring a seamless user experience. * Working with NIMA: Tilbury Douglas being a patron of NIMA offer the opportunity to be apart of working groups that are shaping how the construction industry will operate in the future. * Onboarding and Training: Assist in the onboarding and training of Asite users, taking ownership of all pertinent CDE training materials, such as quick reference guides, video tutorials, training processes, environments, and data. * Documentation Management: Maintain and update CDE training materials in accordance with platform improvements or business process changes. Manage the development of technical support documentation. * Collaboration and Communication: Lead national Super Users groups and chairing the Asite Steering group to effectively manage platform use. Address issues and improvement requests from across the business and coordinate with the Asite Support Team to ensure the resolution of user issues and enhancement requests. * Business Process Development: Assist in CDE and business process development and governance, supporting the digitisation of business processes within the Asite platform. * Reporting and Innovation: Support the development of reports within the platform and take the lead in scoping and testing new modules/capabilities with Asite and project teams. * Engagement: Actively participate in Regular Reviews with Asite to enhance collaboration and maximize the benefits of the platform. What we need from you * Hybrid Role: Ability to attend monthly meetings in Birmingham, and regular meeting with line manager in London. Requirement to travel to the business offices around the country, if required. Professional Experience: Previous experience in Information Management or Document Control, with a proven record of accomplishment in the construction industry. * Asite Proficiency: Previous experience managing Common Data Environments (CDE), ideally with expertise in the Asite platform. * Compliance Knowledge: An understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 compliance. * Technical Competence: Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerBI. * IT Skills: Have excellent general IT skills. * Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and focus. * Work Ethic: Demonstrate commitment, organizational prowess, and a strong work ethic. * Leadership: Ability to influence and facilitate the use of the corporate CDE with supporting apps. * Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with the wider business.
