About the Role
CPRE The Countryside Charity is seeking a highly experienced Centenary Events Lead to plan, execute, and deliver a series of high-profile events throughout our Centenary Year. As we approach our 100th anniversary, we are planning a year-long programme of inspiring events, campaigns, and storytelling moments that reflect on our past, showcase our present, and shape our future. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of events, including a Conference, events at the Houses of Parliament, an Awards ceremony, and a high-profile reception to close our Centenary year. Key responsibilities include meticulous planning and attention to detail for each event, delivering events to the highest standard, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring brand standards are met, incorporating innovative formats and technologies, and developing contingency plans to ensure health, safety, and legal compliance.
Experience
Significant experience in event planning and management, particularly for high-profile events.

Proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and a creative approach to event delivery. A commitment to inclusivity and diversity is essential.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in event management or a related field are desirable.
