Your role We are looking for a passionate, pro-active person who can support in driving our business as if it were their own. You must be super organised, insanely efficient, and relentless in chasing down leads! As our Central Sales Executive, you’re responsible for managing the sales pipeline and successfully converting opportunities to tours; ensuring that all leads generated are qualified and progressed to tour stage. A key priority is to ensure all data input is accurate and reliable, allowing the business to report accurately. Your role is part of a team of three, who manage inbound leads, lead on direct outreach and drive increased sales pipeline through these channels. You’ll also be supporting broker engagement and working to maximise tour numbers across our existing and new buildings. We trust you to prioritise well, maintain great relationships & make considered recommendations on sales opportunities. Our central sales team are role models in driving sales, as well as keeping our businesses profitable by balancing the right deals against the right opportunities in our spaces. Your day to day You’ll manage our Direct Leads pipeline and be responsible for maximising tours from this channel You’re responsible for managing all Broker leads & converting those leads from ‘Opportunity’ to ‘Tour’ You’ll manage your own sales pipeline within the CRM to drive conversion of opportunity to tour booking You’ll qualify leads and match them to Work.Life availability across various products, including private offices, co-working, and meeting rooms. You’ll build and maintain strong broker relationships to maximise brand awareness & tour numbers You’ll constantly feedback to management on lead quality, trends and market intelligence You’re responsible for driving data accuracy, ensuring accurate data capture of lead source from all enquiries You’ll support where required with central sales reporting You’ll be measured in this role by: Time taken to respond to new leads - you'll be quick off the mark! Number of tours booked vs. tour targets - you won't want to miss a number... % of tours booked that come in for their tour - you'll be a follow-up guru... % of Matched Opportunity deals to book a tour - you'll be super targeted in how you work. About you You’ll be confident, persuasive & engaging A great communicator as well as a great listener – able to understand new & existing members’ needs You’ll have some previous successful sales experience You’re commercially minded and able to weigh up opportunities to deliver the best deal for the business You’re super organised, a diary ninja & have great attention to detail You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to be part of a team with big plans for the year ahead!
