About the Role
As a Centre Reception and Administrative Officer at Orchard Hill College, you will provide essential administrative support to college staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, and visitors, upholding the high standards of our institution. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an efficient and welcoming reception area, ensuring the safe and secure entrance and exit of all students, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for checking IDs, ensuring students exit with the correct escort/driver, managing diaries, handling petty cash, and performing data inputting tasks.
Experience
Experience of working within a team is essential.
About you
You will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with students who have significant communication difficulties. You should be highly organised and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
