About the Role
Are you a Chef de Partie looking for a role that's rewarding, varied, and a little bit different? At the House of Commons, you'll be part of a friendly and professional catering team, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and helping to lead the daily running of a kitchen. Alongside the Senior Chef, you'll support and inspire junior chefs while delivering food of the highest standard for Members, staff, and visitors in one of the UK's most historic workplaces. Qualifications
Must have relevant catering qualifications such as City and Guilds 706:1&2 or NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 (Pastry) or equivalent qualification(s).
Experience
Ideally experienced in managing and motivating staff as part of a team often working under pressure. Ability to prioritise workload to deliver a high-quality service is essential. Experience in giving feedback and supporting the development of peers and juniors, or the ability to develop these skills, is required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
