Description JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operative LOCATION: London Designer Outlet HOURS: 42 hours per week SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON / 4 OFF PAY RATE: £13.53 per hour ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE ABM is looking for a proactive Cleaner to join our team. Your duties will involve working alongside with the general cleaning operatives for the London Designer Outlet. You will be responsible to maintain, monitoring and controlling the cleaning operations and waste management within your remit. You will also be required to complete necessary trainings on shift and make sure you are carrying out the tasks to a high standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Various Cleaning duties Machine operation Waste management Completing paperwork Communicating with Line Supervisor / Manager Completing trainings provided Attending Team briefings Accountable for your tasks Health & Safety REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
