The Role Ensure all areas are kept clean through operatives completing job in accordance to cleaning standards Ensure all Ostara requests are actioned and closed on time Employ any new starters Develop and train new starters operatives on cleaning methods achieve required standards of performance Motivate staff to achieve required standards of performance and positive attitude Ensure that you and your team deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility Provide guidance a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly by your delegates Ensure your team is working in a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager.
