We’re looking for an experienced operator with entrepreneurial ambitions to co-create a new concept together with our Venture Design team. You will then lead the venture as Founder & CEO with our investment and the full backing of Founders Factory. AI in Corporate & Investment Banking We believe that the capabilities of LLMs to better understand and manipulate unstructured data is set to transform the future of the banking industry. Financial institutions are burdened with manual processes that are often very expensive and time consuming. Thanks to new intelligent systems most of them can now be automated. The big promise of AI in CIB is to dramatically increase productivity, especially in tasks like financial modelling, marketing material generation and compliance. We see several opportunities to build businesses in this space and are particularly interested in the following use cases: - Copilot for IBankers - AI-agent to navigate legacy core-banking platforms - Information and third-party data analysis engine - Automate due diligence processes - Loan servicing on autopilot What are we offering? Experienced founder, builder or operator, capable of operating from zero to one Unique market insight, top 1% skills or other advantage that makes you a suitable and compelling Fintech founder Experience in corporate finance or investment banking Proven ability to build a world-class team, attract customers and investors Evidence of thriving in ambiguous environments and a high aptitude for calculated risks A clear vision for the opportunity (including product direction) - with the drive and expertise to execute on it High IQ and EQ - strong opinions loosely held Italian language skills and market knowledge is a plus Note - We are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis.
