Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed cleaning tasks at multiple commercial sites, including communal areas within blocks of flats. Carry out monthly "flick & fire alarm" tests at specific sites. Travel between sites using the company-provided vehicle. Take photographs of completed tasks and ensure attendance sheets are signed, dated, and documented at every site. Cover additional jobs during colleague absences (sick leave/annual leave). Requirements: Full, clean manual UK driving license. Previous cleaning experience in commercial settings. Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding workload, including navigating stairs and large sites. Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of pride in work. Location: South East, Essex, Kent, Guilford, and some London locations (N & NW) Benefits: Company van with a fuel card. Work mobile phone provided. Full cleaning kit, uniform.
