We’re looking for a friendly, positive and creative woman who can communicate professionally and effectively. You will have a good working knowledge of the digital landscape, having some experience with websites as well as social media and other digital platforms. You’ll be a supportive team member who is ready to work with colleagues from across the organisation, as well as with external partners on various Clean Break projects. It’s important for this role that you will be able to hold relationships with a range of stakeholders and manage competing priorities. While professional experience is not essential, some experience or understanding of marketing and communications work is valuable. This could be in a volunteering capacity, community organising, activism, through education or creating your own digital content, as a few examples. You’ll understand the unique importance of Clean Break’s work and have a passion and drive to share this with our audiences. You will be keen to learn how best to represent a ground-breaking organisation centred around creativity and care that works across the three different areas of theatre, criminal justice and the women’s sector. This role has been created to help increase capacity within our Communications team while we undertake our Bloomberg Digital Accelerator project which runs until June 2024. This role will primarily be supporting our regular communications output, but there will also be opportunities to engage with our Digital Accelerator project.
