About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Dementia UK’s growing Community Fundraising team as a Community Fundraising Executive (Stewardship). The team is expanding in response to sustained year-on-year growth and an ambitious five-year organisational strategy. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional supporter experiences that inspire and retain our mass and mid-value community fundraisers. Your responsibilities will include managing and enhancing supporter journeys, ensuring key supporters feel valued, heard, and connected to the impact of their contributions. You will design and deliver high-quality communications and resources, respond to supporter feedback, and use data and insight to improve engagement and retention. Supporting the delivery of income and stewardship targets, you will help monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing team, you will ensure Community Fundraising content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with Dementia UK’s values. You will also liaise with external suppliers to produce on-brand materials and contribute to charity-wide stewardship initiatives that enhance supporter loyalty and celebrate fundraisers.

Experience
Proven experience in community fundraising or supporter stewardship is essential. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent copywriting abilities are required. Experience using data and insight to improve engagement and retention is highly desirable.

Qualifications
There are no specific qualification requirements for this role, but relevant fundraising or communications qualifications would be advantageous.
