What you’ll do: Lead and motivate a high-performing culinary team to achieve Sodexo's strategy. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental standards. Develop and implement innovative menus and culinary solutions. Collaborate with regional directors and local management teams. Provide strategic and technical support to the onsite team and clients. Support food mobilisation and sales tender processes. Conduct regular culinary training sessions and craft regional forums. Advanced food safety certification.
