Description
The Role Based within Hillingdon ARCH with lead providers CNWL and VIA, this specialist practitioner role will lead on Criminal Justice provision. • Working within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. • Facilitating seamless access to Drug and Alcohol service provision across the criminal justice pathway. • Supporting improved outcomes for those who use our services and to enable reductions in offending behaviour. • Taking an assertive approach to the coordination and delivery of the assessment and engagement of people, including for Drug and Alcohol related Court Orders, and prison engagement. • Delivering evidence-based interventions and recovery planning to achieve good outcomes. • Working collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders in particular criminal justice partners, across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all VIA policies and Safeguarding principles. This is a fixed term contract for 8 months.
