About the Role
Christ the King Sixth Forms is a family of three highly successful Catholic sixth forms recently rated Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted. We provide exceptional, expert teaching in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where high achievement is promoted and attained. We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Forms Counsellor to deliver a professional and confidential counselling service to students across all three CTK Sixth Forms. The role involves supporting students facing individual difficulties, including emotional and mental health concerns, ensuring they receive the help and guidance they need. Experience
Experience working as a counsellor or psychotherapist in an educational or similar setting is desirable.

Qualifications
- Recognised post-graduate qualification in counselling or psychotherapy at degree level or a minimum of Diploma level.
- Accredited (or working towards accreditation), registered or a member of a professional body such as BACP, UKCP, or equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and child protection screening as per safer recruitment guidelines.
