Customer Accounts Specialist
Location
Hybrid role based at our office in Islington, North London. Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs. Applicants must be able to travel extensively across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available. Salary will be based on location if living outside the M25, aligned to South East, East, Midlands, or South West pay scales.

36 hours per week – flexible options considered
Salary
London: £33,910 - £39,360 per annum
South East: £32,387 - £37,531 per annum
East/Midlands/South West: £30,832 - £35,709 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our friendly team at Clarion Housing Group. In this important role, you will support the delivery of our income management services and policies, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. Your focus will be to maximise rent collection while alleviating financial hardship, ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey with us.
You will need to be target driven and committed to providing high quality service. Excellent communication skills are essential for building trusting relationships, especially when managing challenging situations. You will also be required to present cases in court, which demands exceptional written communication and strong mathematical skills.

Experience
Ideally experience from a housing background is preferred.

Qualifications
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent) are required. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential. You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment. Clarion Housing Group is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
