This is a really important ‘front line’ role that is a crucial part of our online operation, where you will be key in supporting our online growth ambitions. You will represent us with every single customer you meet, and their impression of Waitrose & Partners is down to you! This job will require manual lifting of crates and delivering into houses and flats. Duties & responsibilities: Your role will be to deliver goods to our customers in and around Central London, with exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with our customers, demonstrating flexibility and integrity, whilst being legally compliant in your duties. The Delivery Driver should always aim to exceed customer expectations and be able to use initiative to deal calmly with unexpected situations. A Driver Assessment will be required for this role.
