Key responsibilities: • Supporting our customers via email, phone and live chat • Answering any customer related questions on social channels • Troubleshooting issues and finding smart and practical solutions to any customer queries • Becoming an expert on our products and customers, and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the business • Supporting in monthly analytics on various parts of the business • Supporting in other aspects of the business where needed What we’re looking for: • Previous customer experience (in any capacity, i.e e-commerce or retail) • Knowledge of all social media platforms would be beneficial • Outstanding attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Appreciation for tone of voice and brand identity • Willingness to work collaboratively within a growing team • A proactive self-starter • Energetic, positive and ambitious character • A quick learner and a willingness to roll up your sleeves • Experience in working to deadlines and being flexible in a fast-paced dynamic company Salary: Competitive (based on experience) Hours: We are looking to hire someone on either a part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time basis (40 hours per week). Our core working hours are between 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, however, occasionally you will be required to work outside of these hours and days Location: Hybrid, we work from our head office in London a minimum of two days per week Term: Permanent (Part/Full-time) Start date: ASAP Application deadline: October 25th
